Roles & Responsibilities
Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –
- Completes routine assignments under regular supervision within standardised procedures and practises in order to meet deadlines and achieve goals. (EG plans, designs, and executes items in accordance with given specifications, for example, integrating a subsystem with guidance, rolling out the toolchain for volume software production, and performing standard process steps).
- Uses own knowledge and established procedures to solve standard problems while receiving instruction, direction, and guidance from others (e.g., carrying out a subset of tasks related to the various software development phases, such as software requirement specification, feasibility and cost studies, etc.).
- According to client requirements, analyses, designs, develops, and tests goods, services, enhancements, and bug fixes for integrated hardware and software systems.
- Addresses customer support tickets. diagnoses complicated difficulties (hardware, software, combinations, etc.) and offers solutions or suggests remedial measures. Organises technical specifications based on client demands.
- Creates build-controlled production releases for SW and HW (such as service packages, maintenance updates, main and update releases, and customer design engineering).
- Specifies how product hardware and software evolves by creating and disseminating documentation, managing hardware and software change control, and notifying suppliers and customers.
- Maintains technical and design expertise for designated products and technologies and trains Tier 2 and Tier 3 support teams.
- Follows through on upholding quality standards. takes part in the development and enhancement of processes and technologies.
- Uses the SW Care approach, particularly for emergency case management, and contributes as needed to the quickest problem-solving process.
- Responsible for the correctness and quality of one’s own work. Errors may just slightly affect the function, project, or client. delivers one’s own work in accordance with predetermined operational goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Below are the Required Skills & Qualifications–
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in telecommunication, electronics and communication, computer science, or related fields.
- Strong command of at least one programming language, such as Python, C, C++, Shell, etc.
- A fundamental knowledge of Clean Code and OO design.
- It is preferred to have a basic grasp of Linux kernel network architecture.
