• Keeps an eye on client packaged application technologies, including middleware, ERP, and other essential business applications.
• Detects issues and mistakes before or at the time they happen.
• Identify typical events on a regular basis, along with broad prospects for incident reduction and avoidance.
• Looks into allocated first-line situations and determines the underlying cause of issues and incidents.
• Obeys accepted processes in order to fulfill authorized requests.
• Offers clients phone help or chat support as needed.
• Carries out authorized maintenance tasks, such as patching and configuration adjustments.
• Complies with the necessary handover protocols for shift changes in order to guarantee uninterrupted service.
