Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –
- In your role as Client Success Manager, you will represent the banks inside the organization. You will be in charge of the client relationship from beginning to end in order to guarantee their success and meet financial goals.
- In order to demonstrate the value that our solutions provide, interact and establish trusting relationships with the senior stakeholders at the customer enterprises.
- Establish KPIs and objectives with clients, then work with internal teams to accomplish these objectives.
- Plan strategic initiatives with the clients to meet goals.
- Work with internal teams to plan and carry out the projects that have been agreed upon with clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop a comprehensive solution for the client’s new needs.
- As an advocate for the banks, assist in setting the product roadmap’s feature priorities.
- Serve as the banks’ spokesperson for Nuclei. Organize coordination between the banks and other teams. Collaborate closely with them to enhance the features of the product.
