Roles & Responsibilities
Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –
- Examine remaining insurance balances to find and fix any problems that are impeding the completion of claim payment, including, if necessary, coordinating with payers, patients, and clients.
- Examine and forecast data, suggesting ways to increase first pass denial rates and lower the average age of A specialist in accounts receivable with a thorough “understanding” of the entire accounting cycle and claim life cycle
- Make sure that every workflow item is finished within the allotted turnaround time and to the required standard of quality.
- Capable of claim-level analysis of EOBs and denials, they should also be able to identify patterns influencing dollars and numbers that will result in process enhancements.
- Carry out other tasks as directed.
