Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –
- To create and oversee the Business Unit’s (BU) medical strategy’s execution across a range of therapeutic areas.
- Support company development and the introduction of new products with medical assistance. will ultimately bear responsibility for the medical and regulatory plan that supports BD and any new launches for the relevant business unit.
- Liaise and interact with important external parties, including regulatory agencies, medical and HCP groups, and key thought leaders, in order to foster relationships and advocate on behalf of Pfizer policy.
- In order to bridge the gap in unmet medical demands, customer engagement and insight generation will help local guidelines and policies be updated and implemented.

- Focuses on gathering insights from consumer interactions (with national stakeholders) and converting them into medical strategies that cater to patients’ requirements.

- They will also provide local competition intelligence in clinical research and medical positioning, which they will share both internally and externally as deliverables following the conference.
- Whenever necessary, convene advisory board meetings with various stakeholders to obtain feedback for important strategic value-adding initiatives.
- Stakeholders are committed to enhancing patient care quality by forming alliances for CME and developing healthcare professionals’ competencies.
- Creates important alliances. The Medical Advisor forms alliances with national stakeholders (including academic institutions, government agencies, medical societies, and KOLs) in order to carry out important initiatives that raise the standard of healthcare.
- Provide assistance for nation access and channel strategies.
- Work together with colleagues in sales and other areas to actively promote corporate initiatives, especially those that benefit key stakeholders.
