Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –
- Assure regular compliance with company legislation.
- Assist with the preparation of pre- and post-meeting materials for board and general meetings, including the authoring of minutes and resolutions.
- Compiling and submitting necessary electronic documents on a regular and event-based basis to the Registrar of Companies.
- Maintaining and preparing the Company’s statutory registers.
