About PhonePe

With its headquarters located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, PhonePe is a worldwide corporation that offers digital payments and financial services. In December 2015, Sameer Nigam, Rahul Chari, and Burzin Engineer established PhonePe. August 2016 saw the launch of the PhonePe app, which is based on the Unified Payments Interface (UPI).

Eleven Indian languages are available for the PhonePe app to use. Through it, customers can send and receive money, top up data cards, recharge DTH and mobile services, pay for utilities, make in-store purchases, and send and receive money.

Roles & responsibilities

  • Keep your word and put the needs of the consumer first in all that you do.
  • Respond to simple questions on transactions and PhonePe accounts.
  • Flexibility in switching between data and phone channels
  • Observe the prescribed procedure instructions in order to resolve the issue.
  • Gain the trust of your clients by their interactions
  • Capacity to achieve daily and hourly production targets
  • Utilise internal resources and procedures to promote resolution
  • Raise the necessary level of support from the appropriate teams in order to address consumer concerns.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 10+2+3 graduation is Required.
  • 0-3 Years of experience working with customers in a customer-facing capacity, ideally in the food delivery or e-commerce (Q-commerce) sectors (Chat Support Experience).
  • Written and verbal multilingualism is preferred.
  • Possess outstanding verbal and writing communication skills.
  • Possess a strong capacity for learning.
  • Engage in active listening and handle objections skillfully.
  • Possess a strong sense of customer orientation and the capacity to adjust or react to various situations
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and efficiently manage time Being a team player who is adaptable and receptive to criticism.
  • Must be able to communicate in both Hindi and English.
