Roles & Responsibilities
- Practo POS machine payment collecting.
- Patient invoicing and invoice preparation
- Provide invoices and receipts for money received.
- Maintain precise documentation of patient appointments and procedures.
- Day-end Review and Reconciliation of Transactions (Revenue Accrualment)
- Patients are called when appointments are cancelled, rescheduled, or there are no-shows.
- Generate precise and frequent reports on billing information
- Handle patient data and payment information securely.
- Handling operational escalations in real-time
- Assist and instruct the clinic employees on the assigned company software.
- Willingness to move across the planned area in response to the request

Required Skills
- Working as a Billing Specialist Experience
