Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –

• Answering technical questions on the whole Razorpay product suite, plugins, and APIs.
• Informs internal departments and merchants about technical concerns. Talking about solutions with CXOs and very skilled tech teams will be part of the job.
• Finds anomalies in the way Razorpay products and services work as well as strange behaviours.
• Give merchants prompt resolution and help them with the Level 2/3 support team by using your technical troubleshooting and debugging abilities and product expertise.
• Jira can be used to report issues or defects to product and software engineering teams, who will then collaborate to find a solution.
• Record problems in our CRM (FreshDesk), provide regular updates on progress, and address merchant concerns.
• Serve as a resource for technical questions and knowledge regarding the applications and uses of Razorpay products.
