- Before departing the terminal, make sure the day’s end is reconciled.
- Work within your means and cut expenses.
- Keep an eye on and manage the cost of operating supplies and utilities.
- Make sure there is no demurrage due to the terminal when offloading the vessels.
- Make sure there is no product contamination.
- Delivery of the Q&Q proposal and enhanced service level Guarantee prompt product delivery to the client Prevent customer complaints about variations in density and water, sludge, or sediments by routinely emptying the tank.
- Control the TT cycle time within the terminal to guarantee that products are dispatched to clients on time.
- Record and induct TTs in accordance with SOPs.
- Compliance with HSSE, Quality, and Operations SOPs, as well as adherence to industry best practices
- Make sure Every day check-in of locks, keys, and seals
- Carry out pressure testing, TT calibration, and TREM card issuance in the terminal.
- Make sure that all operations, maintenance, quality, and HSSE management are followed. Periodic audits of the system with no NCs
- In order to find out about truck availability, spot or additional requirements, loaded truck status, etc., coordinate with the logistic coordinator and TT officer.
- Make sure all licences are renewed on schedule to ensure compliance with all legal obligations.
