Roles & Responsibilities
- Completing monthly Quality Assurance (QA) tasks with an emphasis on finding the good and bad work that Quality Control does.
- Highlighting problems and reporting them to the head of the quality assurance team or quality assurance lead; giving feedback to analysts in charge of quality control and determining the underlying cause of any possible misalignment.
- Exchanging expertise to assist Quality Control in meeting deliverables.
- Providing high-quality refresher courses to people who have trouble achieving high-quality performance.
- Risk-oriented assessments that concentrate on identifying issues and actively facilitating their resolution.
- Mentoring new hires to ensure they understand the protocols of the Support division.
- Cooperating with other groups in other places.
