Roles & Responsibilities
- Utilising our case-management tool, respond quickly to employee questions and concerns about HR
- Examine employee-submitted benefit claims
- Help with duties involving employee benefits inquiries
- Using our customer portal and additional social media platforms, give staff members exceptional customer service.
- Encourage the creation, updating, and improvement of knowledge articles to fill in knowledge gaps and maintain the relevance of the material for our staff in our centralised knowledge base.
- To resolve problems, communicate clearly and cooperatively with other support teams and stakeholders.
- Sustain the necessary degree of programme, process, and policy expertise to support managers and employees.
- Identify process improvements proactively and work with others to create a more efficient and effective procedure that improves the working environment for employees.
- Verify the internal Shared Services’ correctness. Documentation of community processes.
- Make sure that the audit standards are followed by completing the work accurately and on time.
- Capacity to uphold confidentiality in all areas of work duties.
