- Work with seasoned support engineers to resolve delicate, escalated client issues in both group settings (swarming) and solo settings (incident resolution or real-time help).
- Use SAP Notes, Knowledge Base articles, info docs from resolved customer problems, documentation, WIKI, or hardware parameter or customized entry verification to fix known mistakes.
- Carry out root cause analysis and provide clients remedies.
- Recreate client problems, figuring out the underlying reason and working with the development team to deliver a complete solution when needed.
- Work shifts from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m., providing weekend and round-the-clock support as required.
