Roles & Responsibilities
- Navigate the Credit Card Recovery Portfolio on the go. based on the goals assigned to several agencies for each region.
- Compliance: Make sure that customer interactions are properly documented and that alarms are raised in accordance with compliance protocols.
- Make sure the data is secure.
- Conduct SVCL: Ensure prompt vendor process and document audits for various agencies at their respective locations.
- Productivity: Track CAPE in accordance with the strategy for collection.
- Payment logistics, operations, and billing: make sure that TATs are followed, that the right hand-off process is followed for cash collection, and that payments get to operations.
- ensuring that multi-vendor invoices and provisions are raised in a timely manner for each location.
- Field assistance and the FOS basis are needed for some papers.
- Verify wing-to-wing closure and do due diligence on accounts for settlement.
- People: Make sure field executives are motivated by teaching them about the card industry, how to bargain more skillfully, how to escalate situations, etc.
