Roles & Responsibilities
Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –
- Organize, plan, and carry out whole operational workflows, including participant communication, scheduling, logistics, and content production.
- Using Canva or comparable software, create visually appealing presentations and resources.
- Schedule management, participation tracking, performance monitoring, and insight generation for operational enhancements may all be done with Google Sheets.
- Work together with cross-functional teams (content, sales, and marketing) to make sure operations complement corporate goals.
- Oversee webinar platforms, including post-event analysis, recording, live streaming, and technical configurations.
- Respond to customer service requests via phone, chat, and email, making sure that problems are resolved promptly.
