Roles & Responsibilities

Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –

• The primary duty of the candidate would be to create the Bill of Materials (BOM) for the Automation and Fire Design Engineering Service Line.
• In charge of the Design Engineering Service Line’s correct BOM production and upkeep.
• Provide correct material information, both from Siemens and outside sources, to the BOM.
• Working together with the operational team and engaging with various stakeholders.
• Use the Smart Infrastructure Parts to compile standard price or materials.
• Link quotations to SAP line items.
• Any Sourcing Approval Forms (SAF) that the Design Engineer prepared should be updated or included.
• Work along with TLs to prioritize any BOM requests.
• For the Design Engineer, prepare updated estimates.
• Automated tasks: execute the DT to SAP BOM transfer and add any absent or unaffiliated items.
• Enter materials into SAP in accordance with the fire deviation report and final as intended; add any items that are missing or from third parties; and modify the as sold.
