Roles & Responsibilities
- Install, start up, maintain, repair, and update all goods within their area of expertise. Under supervision, assist with other products.
- Interacting and taking the Customer Care Center’s operational suggestions to heart.
- Supporting the SERVOR Service process and making sure that all process actions pertaining to his or her area of responsibility are carried out as efficiently as possible Report all escalation concerns to The Customer Care Centre and escalate events in accordance with the established guidelines.
- Let Uptime Service Centre know about any problems that escalate. Provide the CCC with appropriate documentation for any client complaints.
- Ascertain that tools and testing equipment are used appropriately, and record this usage on any relevant service reports.
- Respect all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws, safety requirements, and Siemens Healthcare’s operating and technical guidelines.
- Uphold the highest level of customer satisfaction while adhering to Siemens Healthcare’s customer service guidelines.
- Profitability must be considered while carrying out all duties and tasks as efficiently as feasible.
