Roles & Responsibilities

Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –

• Oversee daily accounting tasks, such as general ledger entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Keep thorough financial records and make sure bank statement reconciliations are done on schedule.
• As required by law, prepare financial statements, tax returns, and compliance reports.
• Help with financial forecasts, spending management, and budgeting
• Handle employee reimbursements, vendor reconciliations, payments, and invoices.
• Work with outside auditors to arrange financial evaluations and audits.
• Verify adherence to TDS, GST, and other financial regulations.
• Assist with cost control, sponsorship revenue tracking, and financial planning for events connected to TPL.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and operational departments to monitor financial efficiency and budgets.
• Observe and keep a precise record of the office supplies associated with TPL and TPL App.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Below are the Required Skills & Qualifications –

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a similar discipline.
• Two or more years of accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other financial compliance laws; proficiency with accounting software; outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; and the capacity to work independently and effectively manage a variety of financial activities.
• An advantage is having a strong interest in sports and familiarity with the Indian sports scene.
• Possibility of working part-time from a Mumbai office 12–3 or 3-6 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
