Roles & Responsibilities
Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –
- Overseeing SG’s clients’ contractual commitments (serving as the point of contact in MARK/GRS).
- Assist with the contract lifecycle, which includes contract administration, execution, negotiation, and drafting.
- Keep your contract management system’s records current and correct.
- Serve as a liaison between the teams of analysts, sales, IT support, invoices, and others.
- Quality control inspections of customer data and contracts.
- In charge of the accounting and economic P&L for SG Research.
- Oversee commercial reviews and uphold current customer relationships, including managing general client inquiries, renegotiations, invoicing, and terminations.
- Assist with commercial analysis by seeing patterns, evaluating risks, and offering suggestions for process enhancement.
- Create management dashboards to aid in decision-making.
- Oversight of the invoicing teams for SG’s client invoices, ensuring correctness and prompt payment reception.
- Oversee customer interaction requests across several platforms and respond to them promptly without elevating them.
