Roles & Responsibilities

Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –

• In charge of the entire hiring process, which includes initial phone interviews, direct sourcing, and salary package negotiation.
• It would need the concerned party to make a lot of phone calls.
• In charge of hiring large numbers of people for customer service occupations, which make up 80–90% of the total. There will also occasionally be administrative roles.
• Hiring will often only be done for clients’ companies (financial and insurance clients).
• Depending on business needs, you could have to work on alternate Saturdays during the busiest time of year.
• Utilising current applicant contacts and referrals, doing recruitment through online job sites, and utilising a variety of Internet sourcing strategies.
• Screening applicants for necessary skill sets, functional capabilities, and communication abilities based on the job description provided by the resource manager, pertinent knowledge, and experience.
• Consistent follow-up from the initial point of contact until the candidate receives an offer letter.
• Organise interviews, benefits, counteroffers, and wage expectations.
• Verify the candidate’s references to make sure they are credible and relevant.
• In charge of finding, vetting, and interviewing potential employees as well as maintaining job postings and verifying references.
