Role Overview

Roles & Responsibilities
- Answering questions from customers and fixing problems using Springworks products.
- Knowing the ins and outs of product features and operations, as well as informing the appropriate stakeholders of any feedback received.
- Having a thorough understanding of goods and services to give clients correct information.
- the ability to solve problems in order to properly handle and manage client concerns.
- Outstanding communication abilities to engage with clients and colleagues in a professional manner.
- practical knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) platforms and related apps, such as Google Sheets, SalesIQ, SalesIQ, YAMM, Trello, and Zoho Desk.
- Constantly refining the assistance procedure by offering comments and recommendations derived from consumer encounters.
