- Act as a candidate champion by answering questions and resolving problems through chat or email.

- To find patterns and places where the candidate experience needs to be improved, keep track of your interactions with candidates and their feedback.
- Work together with cross-functional teams to improve the overall experience and attend to the demands of candidates.
- To simplify frequently asked questions, create and update support documentation.
- Help applicant Success Managers with duties like updating applicant data and alerting internal departments to any problems that have escalated.
- Respond to level 1 escalations that call for a thorough comprehension of our candidate support procedures and documentation.
