Roles & Responsibilities

Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –

  • Respond quickly to a variety of client questions during 24-hour shifts to guarantee constant support coverage.
  • Provide quick, courteous, high-quality responses and help over all available channels (email, chat, Slack, video). Support customers with outgoing video calls as requested.
  • Handle general questions, integrations, API problems, and other technical troubleshooting for Sprinto efficiently by using internal documentation and gaining thorough product expertise.
  • Actively spot patterns and bring them to the attention of the appropriate teams. Notify managers or senior specialists of any missing knowledge articles, HelpCenter articles, or other necessary revisions.
  • Keep abreast on product advancements, policy modifications, recognized problems, user comments, and a thorough grasp of the Sprinto product, compliance domain, and supported integrations.
  • Proactively detect and resolve critical issues or outages while maintaining prompt communication with managers and engineers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Below are the Required Skills & Qualifications –

  • One to three years of relevant job experience in SaaS technical or customer support.
  • Outstanding English communication skills both in writing and speaking.
  • Adapt at technological issues, particularly with integrations, cloud, and API.
  • Knowledge of the fundamentals of cloud infrastructure providers and change management programs.
  • A composed and understanding manner, particularly while dealing with difficult client situations.
  • Preferably, a bachelor’s or engineering degree.
  • It is advantageous to have prior Freshdesk experience.
