- Team Support: Reporting to the Country Manager in second position, you will help oversee and inspire team members by offering direction and encouragement as they work towards their objectives.
- Oversee daily activities to ensure efficiency and adherence to corporate policies and procedures. This is known as operations management.
- Customer service: Respond to questions, concerns, and problems from customers in order to keep their satisfaction levels high.
