  • Clients are monitored and promptly assisted using a variety of communication methods, such as live chat, email, and phone.
  • Diagnose and fix client tickets by offering detailed instructions or solutions.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients and internal teams, elevating complicated problems or comments as needed to guarantee prompt resolution.
  • Answer questions about account setup, navigation, features, and functionalities while assisting clients in making efficient use of the SP digital logistics platform.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, engineering, or a similar discipline is preferred.
  • Competent in presentations and/or Excel.
