Customer Service:
- Through phone, email, and live chat, among other means of communication, keep an eye on and promptly support clients.
- Troubleshoot & provide step-by-step instructions or solutions to address client tickets.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients and internal teams, elevating difficult problems or comments as needed to guarantee prompt resolution.
- Assist clients in making efficient use of the SP digital logistics platform by responding to questions about how to set up accounts and navigate its features and functionalities.
Customer Success – Adoption Enhancement:
- Keep an eye on client KPI adherence and user acceptance throughout the platform.
- Review sessions are a proactive way to include users and promote product uptake and value.
- Continuously seek to enhance the client experience by identifying possibilities for process improvements.
- Put initiatives into action to raise customer happiness and engagement.
- Encourage a favorable customer experience by offering prompt and efficient assistance.
Configuring the User Account:
- Set up user accounts in the system according to your preferences.
- Make sure that new users are onboarded with precision and ease.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address user configuration needs.
Instruction and Orientation:
- Help with the development of tutorials and support documentation to enable clients to perform self-service onboarding and troubleshooting.
- Provide in-depth email and phone training sessions for users.
- Assist users in a seamless onboarding experience by making sure they have the resources and knowledge they need.
- In response to user questions, give prompt, precise instructions.
Observation and Documentation:
- Track the degree of user acceptance and pinpoint areas in need of development.
- Provide user engagement reports, pointing out weaknesses and suggesting fixes.
- Work together with internal teams to put strategies into place that will increase user adoption.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of client contacts and questions.
Growth of Products and Customers:
