- Create a claim file by precisely recording and maintaining claims data and information for low to moderate claims in accordance with best standards. exposure and intricacy of liability/injury claims as well as property and content damage.

- Strive for prompt claim resolution that takes full responsibility from the point of initiation/intake until settlement.
- Determine the range of damages or applicable damage in order to assess damages.
- Determine the best course of action for settling a claim through negotiation by putting the resources at your disposal and acting within the bounds of your authority.
- Respect quality standards by adhering to recommended processes.
- Accountable for maintaining the accuracy of the data, properly documenting the claim file, and adhering to legal and regulatory obligations.
- Accountability for client satisfaction and implementation of the plan to deliver the best claims handling for host damage defence.
