Roles & Responsibilities

  • Capacity to remember and use training-related knowledge.
  • Respond to any customer service inquiries over the phone. Understanding of Antivirus Guidelines and Practices.
  • Help clients with sales inquiries, assist them in purchasing antivirus products, and play a part in upselling, processing refund requests that incorporate retention strategies, and making sure that there is no negative influence on the customer experience at all.
  • Before providing a solution, thoroughly understands the needs and problems of the customer by asking “Discovery” inquiries.
  • Communicate with customers over the phone and via email in a professional manner. Give clients information about your products and services.
  • Offer support for customer service concerns such as product renewals and refunds, among others.
  • If necessary, forward client calls to the relevant department.
  • Proceed to the next tier of the call if required.
