Roles & Responsibilities

Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –

  • Examine consumer concerns and inquiries, such as when a system, module, or function is inoperable or unavailable. In order to meet or beyond client expectations, take the necessary steps to promptly remedy the issue.
  • Track issues that customers have reported after completing the ticketing process.
  • When necessary, collaborate efficiently with second-level support groups and internal resources to resolve tickets.
  • Assure prompt customer request follow-up and resolution in accordance with predetermined severity level norms and Expected Completions Dates.
  • To guarantee client pleasure, keep in constant contact with internal departments (such as sales, marketing, and product support).
  • Determine and evaluate the needs for departmental and individual training, and take the required actions to stay up to date on new products and services as well as improvements and updates.
  • Make sure departmental and individual goals are fulfilled.
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks, such as time reporting, emailing, vmx, etc.
