Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –
- Offer technical assistance, identify the underlying source of the issue or issues, and come up with suitable fixes.
- Observe SLA requirements, which include prompt ticket resolution, escalation, and follow-up.
- Examine measurements and determine the potential causes of any successes or aberrations.
- Take part in the ticket review process and make sure the right answer is given.
- Provide status updates on the tasks completed in accordance with management’s directives.
- Create production-ready solution support scripts and document recently found solutions.
- Provide ongoing system health, resource usage, file transfer rate, database insert rate, and log monitoring for production servers.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Below are the Required Skills & Qualifications –
- An equivalent experience or a bachelor’s degree in computer science, electronics, or telecommunications is required.
