Roles & Responsibilities
- Assure that Enterprise/Wholesale customers’ configuration tasks are completed and their deployments are clean within the SLAs.
- Manage requests for migrations, turnups, and change management.
- Testing and troubleshooting routines for installs and activations after provisioning.
- Verify wiring connections and work with field operations to arrange dispatches.
- Participates on a regular basis as a fully contributing team member in significant projects or activities.
- Make sure that all installation tasks are completed on schedule in order to fulfil agreed-upon SLAs and KPIs.
- Manage the escalation process when it’s required and the project is in danger.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a comparable degree.
- 0–4 years of appropriate project management experience in network infrastructure, together with practical experience.
- Proficiency in Communication.
- Knowledge of the Provisioning Process, Data, Internet, Phone, and Service Activation.
- Expertise configuring switches and routers.
