Roles & Responsibilities

  • Organising community gatherings and meetings with important stakeholders mapping and comprehending community needs and stakeholder issues and challenges.
  • Finding and choosing Non-Profit Organisations to Implement Programmes.
  • Creating and completing the programmes’ objectives, aims, activities, frameworks, goals, and key performance indicators.
  • Carry out the Grant-in-Aid Agreement in collaboration with the Partner NGOs.
  • Outlining the Stakeholder Engagement Plan and CSR Programs/Interventions for the Specific Location.
  • Monthly review sessions with TPCDT associates, partners, and NGOs.
  • MIS Reports every month.
  • The process of putting up CSR stories and highlights for internal platforms for communication.
  • Plan the Volunteer Activities for Staff Members and Their Families.
  • Meeting and coordinating the execution of CSR programmes with financial institutions and government line departments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent comprehension of the development programmes for the social sectors.
  • Familiarity with government department organisational frameworks and the government development programme.
