Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –
- Handling all aspects of lead identification and client conversion from start to finish in accordance with the goals and targets set forth by the company.
- Engaging in power exchanges to facilitate the trade of both conventional and renewable electricity on behalf of clients.
- Proficiency with many exchange systems, such as DAM, G-DAM, RTM, G-TAM, and so on.
- Preserve relationships with RE and TPTCL Open access clients.
- Oversee and counsel customers on fulfilling their obligations for renewable purchases.
- When necessary, prepare MIS and presentations for top management, clients, and legal compliances.
- Liaison and coordination with SLDC, SNA, RLDCs, and DISCOM for power sales as needed.
- Staying updated on regulatory modifications that affect TPTCL’s clientele.
