Roles & Responsibilities
Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –
- Examine requirements pertaining to trade financing through communication with various business teams within TSL and Group entities.
- Work with business teams such as Marketing and Sales, Exports, Marketing Finance, Financial Reporting Center, Procurement team, F&A, Legal, etc. to execute trade finance both domestically and internationally.
- Consult banks and other financial organizations for their opinions on potential solutions.
- Keep yourself updated on world happenings that affect the business.
- Create internal documents and provide business proposals.
- Complete the necessary paperwork for trade financing agreements with banks, particularly for offshore companies, working with attorneys.
- Ensure compliance by keeping an eye on bank covenants.
- Create board notes and prepare management information system (MIS) reports on a regular basis.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Below are the Required Skills & Qualifications –
- 2-3 years of experience working in the finance department. Possessing a solid grasp of working capital management principles, corporate finance, and trade finance agreements is essential.
- Education and Credentials: Finance – CA, ICWA, MBA
- Strong writing and analytical abilities together with a thorough comprehension of trade finance frameworks.
- Competence with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Another requirement is proficiency with Bloomberg and other financial databases.
- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Capacity to work well and communicate with a variety of teams both inside and outside the organization.
- Agile and able to complete tasks by the deadline.
