Roles & Responsibilities

Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –

• Make sure our goods meet the highest standards of quality by conducting quality checks on internal and supplier production records in accordance with project and engineering specifications.
• In charge of spotting any differences or irregularities in testing procedures, drawings, supplier/internal production records, and technical standards.
• Drives the generation, coordination, and closure of supplier and internal non-conformance reports.
• Work under supervision and within the current systems.
• Verify the quality of supplier and internal production records before authorizing the shipment of parts in accordance with project and engineering specifications.
• Inform internal and external stakeholders of any non-conformance findings, and document them in SAP/Intelex.
• drives the generation, coordination, and closure of supplier and internal non-conformance reports using SAP/Intelex.
• Collaborate with the project manager, customer, and subject matter expert to use SAP and the eSMDR tool to approve the supplier’s pre-manufacturing data.
• Making, creating, and editing Quality alerts is made easier by using the SAP/ECM and database systems. use the same SAP portal to upload and download documents as well.
• Collaborates, expedites, and resolves quality-related issues with cross-functional teams such as Supplier Quality, Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Project departments.
• May take part in finding mistakes in engineering specifications.
• May take part in efforts aimed at standardizing processes.
• Potential assistance for improvement initiatives.
• Possibly take part in NRB meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Mechanical engineering bachelor’s or master’s degree with 0–2 years of experience.
