Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –
- Headsets installation, Trouble shooting.
- Help customer fix difficulties in endpoint exclusions.
- Headset setting adjustment in windows, Unix, MAC.
- Headset configuration and tunning in softphones, Video conferencing software, Teams, Zoom ETC.
- Repair of Headsets, Adaptors.
- Visits for Preventive Maintenance of items at client sites.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Below are the Required Skills & Qualifications –
- Diploma or ITI with 1 – 3 years of experience (Not eligible for B.E. Graduates).

- Knowledge of electronics components, PCB.
