- Relationship executives handle calls from clients with premium accounts about banking products, customer service issues, and lead generation for banking products such as credit cards, auto loans, personal loans, home loans, and general insurance.
- Relationship Management: Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships in line with business objectives through efficient relationship management.
- Customer Outreach: Utilise customer outreach to manage the portfolio and keep an ongoing eye on client relationships, including those pertaining to products, portfolios, and banking requirements.
- Sales and customer service include upselling, cross-selling, and giving clients regular updates and information about the market. Incredibly prompt response to inquiries to provide the best possible client experience. Serve as the customer’s primary point of contact for all banking needs.
