- Working for Teradata’s Base Support team as a technical support professional, your responsibilities will include troubleshooting, reporting issues to the proper person or people, and helping the client understand the solution.

- It is necessary for you to possess both excellent technical and people abilities. The work environment demands round-the-clock coverage, which is accomplished by adhering to the sub-Model, rotating on-call shifts, and extending hours as necessary to meet client demands.
