- Does follow up to request quotes from vendors?
- Gathers and evaluates the quotes from the suppliers in order to place the purchase.
- Communicates with suppliers to get necessary information, including test certifications, packing lists, and proforma invoices.
- Floats ask about to receive the necessary quote from a variety of providers.
- Verifies that suppliers adhere to the necessary quality standards and requirements.
- Produces a PO and a product code in the ERP.
- Makes certain that the PO is properly examined and followed.
- Guarantees prompt delivery, increased credit limits, and suitable test certifications.
- Works with suppliers to arrange for a replacement or resolution.
- Keeps up with purchase records, purchase files, and related paperwork, including the supplier database.

Required Skills & Qualifications
