Roles & Responsibilities

  • When a customer reports an event, you should troubleshoot it, gather relevant information, engage with others as needed, and see the problem through to completion.
  • Evaluate and comprehend the significance, gravity, and immediacy of problems.
  • Assist customers in getting the most out of their purchases by responding to inquiries about certain products to improve the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with a customer’s technical teams to help them extract as much value as possible in certain situations.
  • Engage in important escalation calls with the client and explain technical specifics in a way that is clear and understandable for the audience given their level of technical proficiency.
  • Give clients technical support for certain products, either alone or in groups, with an emphasis on prompt and high-quality resolution.
  • Attain exceptional outcomes in terms of CSAT, Resolution Time, Response Time, and other critical performance metrics.

  • Establish and maintain expectations with clients, such as prompt and frequent contact.

  • On a scheduled basis, take part in covering customer escalations after hours.
  • As needed, have remote meetings with clients.
  • Write SNS messages and KB articles.
