Roles & Responsibilities

Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –

  • Answer calls, emails, chat requests, and online inquiries from customers. Evaluate the requests, offer a solution or determine who can supply the information most effectively, and forward the request to the relevant department or person.
  • Updating account information is necessary to maintain client records.
  • Clear up the customer’s complaint, identify the issue’s root cause, choose the best solution, and provide an explanation in order to resolve level 1 product or service problems. ensuring resolution by expediting modification or correction and by following up.
  • By gathering client data, forward all possible customer details to the account manager or dealer channel sales.
  • Give clients access to all billing-related information and assist in resolving any billing problems.
  • Using internal company tools and systems, receive, process, and confirm the accuracy of consumer requests.
  • By communicating clearly and promptly, you may offer both internal and external clients high-quality service.
  • Answer questions and get in touch with different divisions of the company to handle a range of account-related problems.
