Roles & Responsibilities

Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –

  • Respond to consumer complaints, offer suitable remedies, and do so within the allotted time.
  • Use the appropriate techniques and resources to present accurate, legitimate, and comprehensive information.
  • Maintain documentation of all communications with customers, handle any account processing, and save records.
  • Knowledge of CRM procedures and systems.
  • Escalate customer and tool concerns as soon as possible.
  • Follow the schedules that are released in advance, usually one week prior to the start of the month.
  • To avoid affecting scheduling, the PTO should be planned well in advance and communicated to the managers and TLs.
  • To abide by the established corporate policies.
  • Observe communication protocols, rules, and regulations.
  • To fulfill and surpass the established operational expectations.
