Required Skills & Qualifications
Below are the Required Skills & Qualifications–
- Two years or more of experience working on human rights and gender issues.
- Prior experience collaborating with the government on topics pertaining to gender and rights.
- Prior experience working for international organisations or the United Nations.
- An awareness of the Panchayati Raj system and how it operates.
- Prior knowledge of developing and putting into practice social change monitoring frameworks.
- Collaborating with a variety of team members and stakeholders.
- Setting priorities and moving quickly.
- Producing analytical reports and doing data analysis for programme management and advocacy.
- Creating idea notes and new programme ideas.
- Adjusting to demanding new circumstances and job demands.
