Roles & Responsibilities

Below are the Roles & Responsibilities –

  • Offer assistance to clients utilizing Velsera’s products and services both during and after business hours.
  • Assist clients with technical and functional issues pertaining to Velsera products and services, including troubleshooting, prioritizing, triaging, and resolution.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify and fix functional and/or technical issues, quickly elevating to the proper team when necessary.
  • Use the support ticketing system to record client interactions, problems, and fixes.
  • Enhance clients’ relationships with Velsera by educating them on how to use the company’s goods and services.
  • To provide best-in-class assistance, guidance, and services, stay abreast of the most recent developments and trends in bioinformatics, precision medicine, life sciences, and workflow automation technologies.
  • Participate in the development and upkeep of knowledge base articles and support documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • At least a bachelor’s degree in a relevant topic, like genetics, bioinformatics, or a life sciences discipline.
