Roles & responsibilities
- Create and manage operational metrics reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Analyse data and business, then summarise results and provide management with a format that is actionable, convincing, clear, and succinct.
- At every stage (hiring, training, nesting, production, and movement between LOBs), create and maintain an accurate agent database.
- To measure and report on KPIs, create and maintain agent scorecards.
- Create and keep up every single detail pertaining to payroll.
- Establish and keep up an Attrition Dashboard
- Provide management reports in a timely and accurate manner.
- Creates MIS documentation to facilitate easy system maintenance and seamless operations
- Make suggestions on how to increase the consistency and efficiency of reporting.
- Analyse data in order to provide reports on a regular basis.
- Give the management team robust reporting and analytical information support.
- Produce reports on a regular basis and on demand.
- Examine company data to find areas for process enhancements that can boost productivity and effectiveness.
- Build a solid rapport with management and team managers by showcasing your understanding of the relevant business issues and the industry.
