- Answering all client help inquiries politely over the phone and/or via email Recording all relevant end user identification details, such as name, department, contact details, and kind of problem or issue
- To guarantee process productivity, update your own availability in the RAVE system.
- Keep a record of every question you receive, the measures you take to solve problems, and the number of successful and unsuccessful resolutions you achieve.
- To address any client inquiries, according to established protocols and guidelines.
- Respond to customer inquiries in accordance with the SLAs specified in the agreement.
- To assist and effectively solve clients’ problems, access and manage internal knowledge bases, resources, and frequently asked questions.
- Recognize and acquire pertinent product information to improve customer service and troubleshooting.
- To avoid issues in the future, record and examine call logs to identify the most prevalent trends.
- Keep up-to-date consumer self-help materials to expedite resolution times.
- Recognize warning signs and report significant customer concerns to the team leader if they are not promptly resolved.
- Make sure clients receive all product disclosures and information both before and after the call or email requests.
- Abides by service agreements to prevent legal issues.
