  • Helping end users with network issues, system administration problems, or application issues will be your responsibility as a support analyst.
  • Identify, rank, troubleshoot, and fix IT issues that users report by phone, chat, email, or in-person.
  • Determine which tickets need immediate attention and take appropriate action.
  • Using the incident management application, log every contact and precisely and thoroughly record all actions and outcomes.
  • Respond to and handle help desk inquiries
  • Assume responsibility for user issues, address them on their behalf, and promptly report any progress.
  • To follow all service management guidelines and continue to provide excellent customer service for all support inquiries.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficient verbal and written communication abilities
  • Understanding of ITIL Terms and Framework
