Roles & Responsibilities
- Writing test plans while having the necessary understanding of the business needs and the related testable requirements.
- Putting Wipro’s model-based testing methodology into practice and producing tests in an effective manner.
- Ensuring peer review of the test cases and minimising rework.
- Collaborate with the development team to define and record test cases, guarantee version.
- Establishing the requirements, constraints, testing scope and parameters, and participating in UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
- Automate the test life cycle at the right points using GUI automation, scheduling, VBA macros, and other techniques.
- Create and automate software validation tests by configuring test environments, creating test plans, creating use cases, scenarios, and test cases, then carrying out these instances.
- Make that the test faults reported follow the guidelines established for the project, programme, or account and include a detailed explanation and patterns of replication.
- Find bugs, compile defect reports, and update test progress reports.
- There have been no reports of delivered work items being rejected or falling short of the Wipro/customer SLAs and guidelines.
- Creation and prompt distribution of the test status dashboard to the stakeholders at the conclusion of each cycle of test execution.
- Giving usability and serviceability feedback, tracking the outcome to quality risk, and informing the relevant parties.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Continuous Status Reporting and Customer Focus with regard to Testing and its Implementation.
- Maintain high standards for customer interactions in terms of email content, tracking defect reports, phone conversations, business manners, etc.
- Deliveries on schedule – WSRs, Test management repository’s important dashboard updates and test execution report.
- Correct effort updates in TMS, eCube, and other project-related trackers.
- Prompt client service, with no complaints from either the internal or external parties.
