Roles & Responsibilities
- Create, implement, and manage data pipelines on GCP utilising Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, and Dataflow technologies.
- Work together with cross-functional teams to comprehend data needs and put scalable solutions into place.
- To effectively represent and analyse data, collaborate closely with analysts and business to develop and execute data models.
- Make sure data models in the healthcare sector adhere to industry norms and legal regulations.
- To create reliable and scalable data solutions, make use of GCP services.
- To achieve effective data retrieval and analysis, implement and optimise BigQuery tables and queries.
- To extract, transform, and load (ETL) data into the data warehouse from a variety of sources (Azure Blob, Azure SQL, Flat files, Semistructure sources), write intricate SQL queries.
- Improve the effectiveness and performance of SQL queries.
- Participate in the architecture development and design of the enterprise data warehouse.
- Adopt best practices in the EDW for data security, retrieval, and storage.
- Utilise domain-specific expertise to make sure data solutions adhere to industry norms and regulations for the health care sector.
- Keep up of developments in healthcare data management and market trends.
- Working together:
- Deliver integrated and efficient data solutions by cooperating with cross-functional teams made up of software engineers, analysts, and business teams.
- Take part in code reviews and provide team members helpful criticism.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a similar discipline.
- Shown expertise working in a healthcare environment as a GCP & Azure Data Engineer.
- Strong command of the Java and Python programming languages.
- Proficiency with GCP services, such as Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions, and Composer; further knowledge in Azure Services; familiarity with data modelling, SQL, and EDW design.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
