  • Handling all incoming customer support requests politely over the phone and/or via email Recording all relevant end user identifying data, such as name, department, contact details, and kind of issue or problem

  • Updating and maintaining consumer self-help materials will expedite the resolution process.
  • When there are warning signs, report significant customer concerns to the team leader for an expedient resolution.
  • Make sure clients receive all product disclosures and information both before and after making calls or sending emails.
  • Stays out of legal hot water by honoring service agreements.
